Hi everyone, I was going through some old pictures this morning and came across on of my cat Cammy. She was a dilute calico. I got her at the MSPCA. I had gone there with a friend, who was looking for a cat and when I walked over to her cage & opened the door, she ran to me & jumped in my arms; wrapping her paws around my neck. I couldn’t leave her. I just had to take her home with me.
She was abandon & lived alone in the apartment for 3 weeks beofre the landlord found her. She had feline leukemia, but I took her anyway. Six months & $200 later, the vet told me that the best thing for me to do was put her too sleep. As hard as it was for me I agreed. This poem is for her, I wrote it the night before I put her down.
Cammy
You came into my life unexpectedly,
you loved me & I loved you. We had a bond.
I felt your pain & I am sure you felt mine.
We were only together for a short time,
but it was a great time.
I will never forget you,
you will always have a place in my heart.
When you are gone you will still be with me.
I love you Cammy!!!
On November 20, 2007 Christine Ayotte McGee was murdered. She was the niceset, sweetest girl ever. She was truly an angel. Christine was only 31 years old. She had a son named Gavin who was her world. They two were inseparable.
Christine was a very optimistic and loved everyone. She always found the good in people. She loved to make people smile and always took the time to get to know them. She will be missed by many.
When I think of Christine & Gavin, I am reminded of a quote from Fried Green Tomatoes. When Ruth died Iggy was sitting with Buddy Jr. She told him that “There are people in this world masquerading as angels and you mother was one of them.”
This is a poem that was written for Christine by a friend.
I’M SORRY SHE HAD TO GO AWAY
IT SHOULDN’T HAVE BEEN THIS WAY
SHE WAS A SWEET, FUN LOVING WOMAN
SHE HAD EVERYTHING GOING
NOW HER SWEET LITTLE BOY IS WITHOUT HIS MAMA
BECAUSE OF THE DRAMA
PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN TO WALK AWAY
BEFORE IT GETS THIS WAY
CHRISTINA DIDN’T DESERVE THIS, AND NEITHER DID GAVIN
RIP NOW, LOOK OVER YOUR SON AND LET HIM KNOW HE’S NOT ALONE
SHE WAS AN ANGEL REGARDLESS OF HER MISTAKES
NOBODY’S LIFE SHOULD BE AT STAKE
KEEP HER IN YOUR HEART
BECAUSE SHE’LL BE WATCHING OVER YOU FROM THE START
SHE LIVES ALWAYS IN YOUR LIVES
NEVER FORGET THAT!

Christine We Love you and Miss You. You will always be in our hearts, until we see you again.
R.I.P. Christine
Hello all, I hope that you are enjoying my poems. As you probably have seen they are all about people that have touched my life. This particular one was written for a girl that touched my life in a way that noone else has or well. She was a one of my best friends, her name was Jenn. She had kidney problems & spina bifida. She was in a wheel chair, not that it mattered to me. I never saw her chair just the beautiful person and wonderful friend that she was. If you knew her then you loved her. She had the best personality and would do absolutely anything for anyone. She was an angel.
Jenn passed away on March 27, 2005 (Easter Sunday). I miss her very much, and think about her all the time. She will always be in my heart.
Friends Forever
Friends are people you can count on
to be there for each other.
They are always by your side
and will always help when you need it.
Friends will stick by your side forever,
no matter how far apart you may be.
Once you become close friends with someone,
you know that you will be friends forever.
Dedicated to Jennifer Lee Barton

I miss you girl.
